Once you have added in the fruit, you can turn the blender up to high. This will allow the fruits to soak up the juice from the blender.
Next, try to get some melon. This may be a little tricky if you have ever mixed fresh melon before. Some people will use an ice cube tray in order to keep the melon from freezing on top of the ice cubes. Then, you can try to use a melon skewer to get the frozen melon as you move the blender around the inside of the blender.
For a healthy meal, some people will mix some fruit and yogurt together, you can use this method in place of using yogurt. You can also use the blender to add in some of the vitamins of the yogurt to create a nice smoothie.
